Jul 26, 2011 · For mounting the scope and fitting a guide-scope, it has a Losmandy D series dovetail rail on the bottom and a Vixen dovetail rail on the top, which presumably you could swap over if required. There is also standard SkyWatcher type finder scope shoe.

Moderate F5 focal ratio for astrophotography and visual observation. Very good for high power imaging of the moon and planets with GPCAM. Secondary mirror provides even illumination on DSLR or Hypercam dedicated astro cameras. Generous back focus allows using popular coma correctors and cameras.

Internal baffles; Nice robust focuser; F4 (good job I like collimating and fiddling) Made by GSO to an Altair spec; The clincher was the fact they were on offer over Christmas, for £370 with a coma corrector.
