Big eyes, spiky hair, small noses, etc. How come there is such a disparity between the variety of western animation styles where successful works (Ralph Bakshi, Disney, The Simpsons, Family Guy, Beavis & Butthead, Boondocks, and everything on Cartoon Network) all have unique visual styles, whereas every anime I seem to come across looks so similar.

Hell popular stuff isnt even the problem, idk how you could think modern anime has less distinct character art than older ones due to the literal amount of anime trying to be different.

Dec 19, 2021 · Firstly, my internet averages out at around 50Mbps, and this occurs for just about every anime I watch, so this is an issue with the 9anime servers being overloaded. Is it time to add another server for people to watch anime on? All 5 versions continuously buffer, and it’s honestly ruining my enjoyment of watching anime.

Mushishi is the best anime of all time in my opinion, but it's the exact complete opposite of your favorites, so I won't recommend watching it. If you haven't watch Gintama, Hunter x Hunter or any of the Big 3 (One Piece, Naruto, Bleach) I would still recommend them. Dragon Ball is a cliche answer but it's still good.
