Ali Issa Ibrahim Duba (Arabic: علي عيسى ابراهيم دوبا, 1933 – 21 June 2023), better known as Ali Douba, was a Syrian military officer who was the head of the Military Intelligence Directorate of Syria under Hafez al-Assad as well as his close adviser.

Duba held the position of head of Syrian military intelligence from 1974 to 2000 and was a close advisor to President Hafez al-Assad, retiring in 2000.

Ali Douba is a former head of the Syrian military intelligence and was a close adviser to the Syrian president Hafez al-Assad. Douba was born to a small landowning family from the Alawite tribe of Matawira, in the village of Qurfays in the district of Jableh south of Latakia.
