After the war, they were transferred to Inland Steel ownership as 67 and 68, and it is presumed the Alcos were scrapped or converted to slugs. The S1 looks similar to the S2, although with a smaller engine, producing only 600hp, the radiator is not as big. The early S2's look like S1's in the carbody grilles, and they ride on the same Blunt type truck, so an S2 may well be a stand in for an S1.
