Alcide was so boring most of the time and the only time he wasn't boring he was annoying. Such a whiny bitch ass character with so much wasted potential, I was genuinely so satisfied when he died. Have you read the books lol Alcide is a giant part of the story and so is Sam… if you haven’t read the books Eric knows Alcide because his dad has a gambling problem and the debt is owed to the vampires. The show doesn’t follow the books at all after season 5 so that’s probably why it’s confusing and a shit show.

Dec 2, 2020 · Unpopular opinion, but I was never able to get into the Sookie/Alcide relationship. The way they got together in season 6-7 felt forced, and it was done to create another love triangle between Bill/Sookie/Alcide. That made it hard to care about their relationship.
