what's the general opinion on alcide? : r/TrueBlood - Reddit
Oct 10, 2020 · So true. In the books, Harris had a way of making most of the male characters seem so short-sighted, emotionally immature and, well, adolescent. The chapter where Sookie comes home and finds Alcide in his undies in her bed, on the off chance that she'd be ready to jump in the sack with someone immediately after a major crisis with her ...

Aug 29, 2011 · Alcide and Sam make a great team. I can't wait until they get to Alcide's house and find Debbie and Marcus in the heat of the moment. Goodbye Marcus. Tommy. :( Also, Sam will never be a skin walker....unless there are some …

Oct 25, 2020 · Alcide and Sookie had vibes in the books. They definitely flirted with the idea. However, Alcide took advantage of Sookie with a few pack situations and wasn’t very forthcoming about the details.

Hot take on Alcide (season 6) : r/TrueBlood - Reddit
Jun 23, 2024 · Alcide's character after becoming packmaster epitomizes the phrase, "Absolute power corrupts absolutely" Even Ricki alluded to it when the young wold woman threw herself at him. TL;DR: the power & perks of packmaster went to his head (or, both heads 🤓)

Alcide was so boring most of the time and the only time he wasn't boring he was annoying. Such a whiny bitch ass character with so much wasted potential, I was genuinely so satisfied when he died. They did Joe Manganiello dirty af bc I've never been less attracted to him than I was while watching him as Alcide.

Have you read the books lol Alcide is a giant part of the story and so is Sam… if you haven’t read the books Eric knows Alcide because his dad has a gambling problem and the debt is owed to the vampires. The show doesn’t follow the books at all after season 5 so that’s probably why it’s confusing and a shit show.

Dec 28, 2023 · And rewatching Season 4 just messes with me so much. Because Alcide is just gaslighting her like crazy over not being in love with Sookie. Heck, even the VAMPIRES in Season 2 could tell Alcide was in love with Sookie. 😭😭😭 To be truthful, Alcide didn't even really care about Debbie in Season 3 when she was hooked on V.

Dec 2, 2020 · Unpopular opinion, but I was never able to get into the Sookie/Alcide relationship. The way they got together in season 6-7 felt forced, and it was done to create another love triangle between Bill/Sookie/Alcide. That made it hard to care about their relationship.

May 22, 2024 · What's wrong with Alcide in Season 6? I'm in Season 6 Episode 5 and every time he appears since trying to kidnap Luna's daughter, I want to slap him. I know he's pack master and needs to protect the pack, but she's a child and Sam is taking care of her just fine.
