Feeding two Emus some Wheat causes them to enter love mode and eventually one of the Emus will spawn a baby Emu. On rare occasions, the baby will have a rare albino coloration.

The white and Blond Emu is a carrier of a lightening gene, so is heterozygous for leucism (a white colored emu with blue eyes – different than albino). Emus are very fast. It is so adorable to watch the youngest chicks run like the flash in a zig zag crazy frinzy.

Sep 3, 2018 · My old religious studies teacher in primary school owned an emu farm. He used to bring in the chicks for us to sit on the floor and hold. They are such awkward fluffballs. I've never seen an albino one before. Such a special little guy. He's gonna be majestic when he grows up.
