Dale Vincent Black was born November 3, 1936 to Wayde and Othella Black, and passed away Monday, April 30, 1979, at the Wayne County Community Hospital in Corydon, at the age of 42. Dale grew up in the Norwood area and attended school in Clarke and Lucas counties, graduating from Chariton High School in 1955.
