The Ares V (formerly known as the Cargo Launch Vehicle or CaLV) was the planned cargo launch component of the cancelled NASA Constellation program, which was to have replaced the Space Shuttle after its retirement in 2011. Ares V was also planned to carry supplies for a human presence on Mars. [4]

Dec 17, 2020 · The Aires 35-V was part of Aires’s line of 35mm rangefinder cameras and is the only one with an interchangeable lens mount. Only four lenses were made using it’s proprietary lens mount, two 4.5cm standards, a 3.5cm wide angle, and a 10cm telephoto.

Aug 31, 2024 · Advanced features included a built-in selenium meter, an interchangeable lens mount in front of a central leaf shutter, parallax-corrected brightline viewfinder, and (at launch) the S Coral 45mm f/1.5 lens as standard. Several interchangeable lenses were offered: 35mm f/3.2, 100mm f/3.5, and eventually three 45mm options (f/1.5, f/1.8, and f/1.9).

Dec 12, 2014 · The Aires 35-V was manufactured in Japan from 1958 until 1962. With Aries vast experience producing rangefinders, they strived to compete at a higher level. Aires engineers, therefore, started working on a “Supermodel”: a 35mm rangefinder, with high quality, interchangeable lenses, a leaf shutter, and a coupled selenium meter.
