May 3, 2023 · I know that Each of the main heroine calls Shiki in their peculiar way ("Shiki" for Arcueid, "Tohno - kun" for Ciel, "Nii-san" for Akiha, "Shiki-sama" for Hisui and "Shiki-san" for Kohaku).
