Aug 25, 2023 · Upload the degree plan to AFVEC and ed center will approve. you’ll see apply for funding for the specific class code. (AFVEC auto populates based on your school once you put a few letters/numbers in). make sure you do this 7-10 days before the class starts. you’ll get a notification and document when you supervisor approved the course.

Mar 31, 2015 · Some schools suck and don't update the grades automatically. If it gets to be more than a month after you've got your grade, go to the education office and they can put the grade in for you. In my case, I had to print out my grade from my school's website to show them and they input it into AFVEC.

Mar 8, 2022 · Well, someone posted in here a few yrs ago saying to check AFVEC so I did and sure enough it says that there is a hold on TA funds due to two things: Because I am out and Due to needing a PCS briefing So yea the AFVEC workaround still works with the updated site. So if you haven't gotten official notice yet just jump on there and check it out.

Oct 14, 2020 · AFVEC; login and on the bottom left of the new site on the sidebar should be a link for CCAF Student Services which will show you your CCAF transcripts and credit status. If you have a degree plan loaded you should also be able to see the status of that in AFVEC.
