Jul 16, 2016 · I signed in to Adobe using google as my account credentials. I noticed that i didnt have a password set up in the account section of adobe. i set my password to match my google password. and then used my google email as my adobe ID. and the password i just edited to match my google password. hope this helps.

I set up the ID when installing the software and made it the same as my nook ID. I tried the authorization process described in my initial post but nothing happened to my knowledge. I had read somewhre you need to have an Adobe ID before downloading the software so I deleted ADE from my computer and tried again - no luck.
