Adamant sword is better. It has a higher str bonus than mith scim and both have same attack speed. Finish the quest 'the feud' for a free addy scim. Trying to find out if I should upgrade.

Sep 14, 2017 · The rune scim isn't worth the slight increase over the sword and the fire giant grind considering how long you'll be using a rune weapon to train. Addy scim would also be a better alternative to both. If you have the cash, buy a Rune Shortsword from the Champion's Guild.
