Addie Shrodes (They/She), PhD, joined the Office of Equity in November 2022. Dr. Shrodes is a scholar-practitioner of social justice learning and organizational change.

In my role as Chief Equity Office, I collaborate with state agencies to identify and dismantle systemic barriers. I promote equity by creating a culture that fosters fair and just opportunities for all.
