Melee or Range Pray on Final Phase of Abyssal Sire? : r/2007scape
Apr 3, 2022 · So I recently came back to the game and went to visit Darude. He gave me an abyssal demon task and I was overcome with joy as Sire is one of my favourite bosses to kill. I have nearly 1000kc and for a long time I've wondered if the internet is correct in telling me that I should pray range on the final phase of the kill.

I recommend doing sire! Tbh abyssal dagger is pretty useless. The bludgeon is great to finish off 99 str, is useful in raids (tekton) once you start those, and is good for tasks like gargoyles and sarachnis. Not many irons had the bludgeon before nightmare came out, but a lot of people went back after the nightmare and Sire QOL update.
