Dec 24, 2010 · You cannot get a M4 from Benelli with a collapsible stock due to importation laws. You can only add it on later. Your Recoil tube on the M4 should look like the top one if you want the 3 position collapsible stock on there.

Jan 23, 2005 · The way I understand it, it is illegal to have the telescoping stock and magazine extension installed on the Benelli M4/M1014 due to an importation law that was not affected by the AWB expiring.
