Jul 25, 2024 · • AUC provides spaces for the benefit of AUC students to study. Adhering to the outlined rules and regulations is expected. • All students must follow AUC’s Student Code of Conduct when using University facilities.

There are 14 collaborative study rooms that may be reserved by AUC students and faculty with currently valid AUC identification. These rooms may be reserved online or at the Information Services Center or the Technology Design Studio for up to 3 hours per day.

· Use the dropdown menu above to check the availability of study spaces on all floors. · You must have a valid AUC Email address to book a room. · Reservations are offered in 30 minute time slots. You may reserve a room for up to 4 hours (8 slots) - After submitting your request, you will receive an email confirming your reservation.

A valid AUC ID is required for all room reservations. Patrons cannot check-in for reservation without their physical AUC ID. Staff will collect student IDs at the time of check-in. IDs will be returned after successful completion of check-out from the room.
