Jul 30, 2013 · M16 FCG is unlawful in a semi, so if the RDIAS is not present, legally speaking, the M16 FCG should not be present. End of story. +1, with the cost of a RDIAS, it's not worth the risk on something you can swap out with a punch and a screwdriver.

Feb 28, 2020 · But even without needing a third hole for a low shelf lower plus an RDIAS/DIAS, you still need most of the M16 FCG anyways (trigger / hammer / selector). At that point you should just be using a full cut AR15 lower as mentioned above since they’re 100% legal anyways.
