The Steyr ACR is the gun the Pallet Rifles in EVA are based off of, and this one is about as useful. On one hand, it seems like she'd be good for para fairy and its debuffs (you get +25% final damage with that), except it isn't enough to make up for the debuffs still.

She made her first appearance in Shattered Connexion event Chapter 2 as one of Griffin Recon Group A member, along with HG Desert Eagle, and RF SSG 3000. She was first mentioned by Desert Eagle, and later showed up in person. They took cover in a building until they found something eerie inside it.

Active: Raise self rate of fire by 50% for 5 seconds. While the skill is active, reduce damage done by the target being attacked by 20% for 3 seconds. (After equipping the "ACR Fixed Stock", activating the skill applies 3 random debuffs to all enemy units for 3 seconds. The value of each debuff is fixed at 10%.)

ACR alone is 65% DPS increase. Her largest issue is timing, since her ICD is 6s and mostly only HG debuffers work at 6s ICDs. (and stun grenade I guess)

May 13, 2023 · I currently have focus chips on ACR and Steyr ACR. Steyr ACR actually debuffs her own RoF by 20%, but she has the 2nd highest RoF for an AR and I have her with Ribey Mod, who negates her RoF penalty.
