Oct 3, 2024 · The Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) logo beautifully captures the spirit of computing and its community. This logo’s heart is the acronym “ACM,” designed carefully. The letters are lowercase, smooth, and clean, featuring a nice blend of straight lines and soft curves.

ACM's Visual Identity Tools Guidelines Comprehensive guidelines have been created for the ACM logo and its associated branding elements and marketing communications. The branding elements include details on our color palette, typography, photography and graphic motif (Quick Guide does not include stationery or print literature).

The full ACM logo consists of the "ACM Diamond" symbol, the ACM wordmark, and the ACM tagline. As such, it is important that all three elements appear on as many pieces of communication as possible.

The ACM graphic motif is inspired by the “ACM Diamond” symbol in the ACM logo. The motif extends the visual language of our brand, helping us to create a distinct and consistent ACM visual presence across all our marketing and communications.

This guide exists to help out anyone working with ACM’s brand, intenally or externally. This repository is meant to collectively hold all design assets used by ACM at UT Dallas.
