for example a minor scale has a flat 3 flat 6 flat 7 so for C minor the notes are C, D, "Eb" (not D#) F, G, "Ab (not G#) "Bb" (not A#) its because when constructing th minor scale we are flattening notes mean while if i want to play a Cmaj#5 chord the notes would be C E G# not Ab because we sharpened the 5th and not flatten the 6th hope it ...

Aug 5, 2020 · The main 21 notes are obviously the most common: A-G, Ab-Gb, A#-G# But as I mentioned before the reason I put 30 is to include all the key signatures with double flats and sharps.

Mar 23, 2023 · In Ab minor your first song chords would be named Abm Fb Cb F Gb. I’d suggest thinking of it instead as G# minor. The circle of fifths is useful for listing more practical key names. F is a pretty unusual chord in Ab minor. Just curious, what’s the melody over that, and did you ever consider Db/F or Fø7 instead?

We use C# minor instead of Db minor because C# minor has 4 sharps in the key signature while Db minor has 8 flats, and in standard western notation you don’t put more than 7 sharps or flats in the key signature. Aug 24, 2021 · G# minor has a 5-sharp key signature, but requires a double sharp on any harmonic minor leading tone: the major 7th (Fx). Ab minor has a 7-flat key signature, but its harmonic minor 7th is just G.

Or do you know where there are any FL STUDIO templates that feature B♭ minor? I have Midi Map on an empty strictly midi pattern example, but none feature B♭ minor.
