Australia has issued postage stamps for the Australian Antarctic Territory since 1957. All have been Antarctic themed, and are also valid for postage in Australia, so in practice, they are just Australian stamps with a different inscription.

Jan 2, 2016 · The First Day of Issue postmark was used on the "Colours of the AAT" gutter pair. The stamps were issued 26 May 2015 but the summer rotation didn't start until November of this year. There is another postmark on the top stamp but the only letter I can see is an "H".

In terms of postmarks i’ve seen various including the Arrow postmark from the Philatelic Bureau in Melbourne, also a normal GPO Melbourne CDS, and even postmarks in Antarctica including Casey, Davis, Mawson & Macquarie Island.
