Nov 30, 2023 · It's a new, or neo, day for United. The airline's first Airbus A321neo aircraft is set to enter service with an evening flight from Houston's George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH) to Chicago's O'Hare International Airport (ORD).

With fuel efficiency that is 15 percent better than previous A321s, the neo is a fuel-sipper. The first customers flew on American’s first A321neo from Phoenix (PHX) to Orlando, Florida (MCO) and back on April 2.
