A008 is a paragraph in the Operations Specifications for charter businesses operating under Part 135, the regulations the FAA uses to oversee charter operations. Charter companies must have a certificate from the agency allowing such operations.

Purpose of This Notice. This document provides notice of changes to operations specifications (OpSpecs) A008, Operational Control; A009, Airport Aeronautical Data; A010, Aeronautical Weather Data; and their guidance for operations under Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) part 129.
