Dec 25, 2010 · Really, really fast MX or SX riders prefer the non-flexing of upside down forks, but if you fit into that crowd you wouldn't be asking about a 98 RM250 anyway. The motor isn't very powerful by 250 2-stroke standards, but it'll still be fun.
