Customer: i have a 98 acura cl 2.3L and it wont start. when i turn the key all lights come on in the cluster but i dont hear the fuel pump kick on and it wont crank. when i bought it it was recently repoed and i was told that the engine would not start because the previous owners cut some wires to the security system and they said that is why it will not start.
