Jul 6, 2013 · Will the 8mm ZB 26-30 magazines fit into the mag well of a Bren Gun. If they don't are they too wide or too long? If they are too long, how much? Oct 22, 2009 · It is supposed to be 1 of only 3 semi's that exist which are the original Chinese Englis Brens, which were 8mm. It uses the ZB mags. The rear shoulders of the 7.92 Bren/ZB mag will not clear the front vertical edges of the rearend of the magwell cutout in a .303 receiver.

May 15, 2024 · You can see that the 303 can holds a dozen mags, the 8mm can holds 10 and the Boys can holds 8. There are a couple variations on the handles with the metal handle like the one on the 303 bren can being more durable than the canvas/web types used on the Boys can and missing from the 8mm Bren can.

The magazine used with the Bren gun was designed to hold and feed .303 British caliber ammunition, which was the standard rifle cartridge for British and Commonwealth forces during the first half of the 20th century.
