Security Force Assistance Brigades (SFAB) are specialized units with the core mission to advise and assist Allied and partner nations.

Enlisted SFAB volunteers will receive a $5,000 lump sum Assignment Incentive Pay (AIP) as long as they are permanently assigned to a SFAB and serve in the unit for at least 12 months.
