Feb 4, 2015 · Shorter friends of mine, and most women, say I'm tall quite often, which is nice I guess. But these days there's so many people who are taller than me (6'1-6'3 is pretty common where I live) and some of you very tall guys and girls as well, that I question how tall 6ft really is.. How do you folks at r/tall view 6ft guys?

Uncommon. It's tall in most countries in Europe, US and Canada, and very tall in most countries in Asia. In India and Indonesia, 6'0 is extremely rare. May 28, 2022 · It's only considered barely tall because hella dudes lie about their heights. People call themselves 6'0" when they're barely 5'9", and when you have one guy saying he's 6'0" when he's not, everyone else starts to inflate their own heights.

Jul 24, 2013 · 6'3", IMO, is a good height because you're noticeably tall in a crowd, but not so much so that you'll get constant comments. My good friend (6'7") said that the comments really ramp up after around 6'4", but that's only one person's experience. My boyfriend, on the other hand, doesn't think I look that tall at all.

Women started wanting 6ft solely because it is rounded to an exact number of feet even though it has no significant advantage over a slightly shorter average height guy.
