Interstate 635 (I-635 [a]) is a 37-mile-long (60 km) partial loop around Dallas, Texas, in the United States between I-20 in Balch Springs and SH 121 at the north entrance of the DFW Airport in Grapevine. It intersects I-35E at exits 27B and 27C but does not connect with I-35W.

The 635 East Project is a $1.74 billion design-build roadway construction project by the Texas Department of Transportation to improve mobility, operations and safety along Interstate 635 (I-635) in Dallas County. The project spans 11 miles beginning just east of US 75 in North Dallas to I-30 in Mesquite.

*The 635 East HOV/Express Lanes, which run from US 75 to I-30 and are managed by the Texas Department of Transportation, are not a part of the LBJ TEXpress Lanes. Pricing and HOV policies for the 635 East project are different from those of the LBJ TEXpress Lanes, which are operated by LBJ Infrastructure Group, a private developer.
