The 633d Medical Group is an Ambulatory Surgical Center supported by the medical professionals of the 633d Medical Group. As part of the Tidewater Market, the facility shares services and resources with McDonald Army Community Health Center, and Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, and the Hampton Veterans Administration Medical Center.

Langley Field is part of Joint Base Langley-Eustis (JBLE), located in Hampton, Virginia. It has a rich history in the Hampton Roads historic region and is the oldest continually active Air Force base in the world. The host unit on base is the 633rd Air Base Wing.
