Oct 10, 2011 · 4-mec is total shit in my opinion. Where Mephedrone is like 9/10 on the scale of MDMA/COKE, 4-mec is 4/10 on a scale of mephedrone. 3'4-DMMC is the only good replacement ive had for 4MMC. i Would say, 8.5/10 on mephedrone.
