I know 12V means 12 Volt, and W5W means Wedge 5 Watt. But I don't know what the rest means. The taillight will not come out if the bumper cover is in place... loosening the bumper cover provides a gap and you will be able to rotate the top of the taillight out and disengage a large plastic hook at the bottom of the taillight.
