Sep 2, 2024 · I just wanted to know if after five or ten years in the Era franchise mode, it's not all generic generated starter players with names like Mike Thomas and John Michael. It's one of the turn offs of every sports game, when you advance 3-7 years.

Fundamentally it’s the same game mode, but has eras you can choose from. If you want to start from today, obviously the modern era is the one you want. I personally recommend the pistons if you wanted a team to start one with.
