Install all Surface drivers and Windows updates. The battery life I'm getting reaches 7 hours at 100% of charge with 60% dim brightness. No other than Edge 10 tabs are running.

Error-2037 is “Remote connection: Specified driver cannot be found" In other words, there is an issue with the ODBC links used to connect to backend data. First step, check the user's links & reconnect as necessary
