I had my Lexus in the shop approximately 5 times between Nov and March. The problem has never been resolved. I anticipate having the same problems as the cold weather approaches. Regarding the brakes. I too had squeakey brakes around 6000 miles. Lexus replaced the front pads and rotors.

The TSX is way less expensive than the IS 250 models I have seen because the Lexus (here) normally comes with the premium package or other stuff. Best prices I could find in Oregon (no NAV) are TSX - $26,700, IS250 RWD + Premium package $34,900, IS250 AWD base $33,000. Our product mix up here for the Lexus line seems to be IS250AWD or IS350.

Toyota replaced the top and from that point on the rear window defogging lines didn't work. The dealership then ordered and put on 6 additional tops before working with us on trading in that car for a new 2008 convertible. Now 26 months later the 2008 rear window defogging isn't working.
