Aug 23, 2006 · Just purchased at 1980 Datsun 720 Pickup, 2 liter. Engine was rebuilt, have aprox. 30,000 miles now. Has been sitting for approx. 2 years. We replaced plugs, plug wires, distributor cap and rotor. Cleaned the carb. including jets and they were totally gummed up.

Aug 5, 2005 · The truck looks like it is 10yrs old paint wise. The only paint that is faded on it, is the tailgate. I got the truck for $900. Which is a deal but not..See the truck fired up for me when I bought it...Well..:shakehead ..I ened up puttin in a new motor ordered from Autozone..New brakes..New tranny..Speedometer cable..Distributer..etc..etc..

Aug 28, 2004 · You can just follow the sensor cable up to where it connects to the computer or connection relay dealy :screwy: under and to the left a bit of the brake fluid resevoir (it's that way on my truck at least. 89 C1500)For it not being able to switch from tank to tank I would check the gas lines and make sure one or the other isnt clogged or leaking.

Oct 1, 2008 · That's why I thought the light switch might also be involved. If someone pried the truck open with a crowbar I have doubts that the tamper switch would activate the alarm. The light switch is in a position to detect if the truck physically opens (by crowbar or anything else), so it seemed reasonable that it could be linked to the alarm somehow.

Jan 23, 2005 · I had 4 new tires (original Michelin M + S) put in a month ago that I thought might help get better traction on snow but no luck. When I turn on snow, the rear end always tend to go sideways. Another thing, after I backed from my driveway, I made a hard left turn then put the truck in Drive. My Bravada started shaking like crazy.

May 6, 2008 · Anyway I need a picture of the fuel lines with the filter and pump in the truck. Also the fuel line on the drivers side is leaking in two places, is this a return line, and if so does the line need to be replaced with steel or can I just use regular high pressure rubber fuel lines.

Dec 31, 2008 · I jacked up the front end of the truck when it was stuck in 4wd and with the engine off, I am able to spin the front wheel. Started the truck up, vacuum was applied and the wheel would no longer spin. I've been trying to figure out what's wrong with this for a long time.
