Aug 3, 2019 · The Dragonfly v1.2 has a steep cutoff, excellent anti-imaging suppression, but quite a bit of harmonic distortion and intermodulation products can be seen. Notice that all 3 DACs "overload" with the 0dBFS white noise.

AudioQuest Dragonfly Cobalt DAC Review & Comments
Jun 26, 2003 · Windows uses 16 bit, 48 kHz audio by default (not 41.1 kHz used by the music industry). Everything is either up-sampled or down-sampled to fit (using dithering).
The New RX-888 16 bit ADC Direct Sampling SDR with 32 MHz …
Aug 5, 2020 · While doing the daily eBay and AliExpress strolling for new and cool radio stuff, this showed up: RX888 ADC SDR Receiver radio1.8GHz 16bit direct sampling HF UHF VHF HDSDR. Like the DragonFly RX-666 you posted about recently, it’s based on IK1XPV Oscar’s BBRF103 works. Both share a hefty metal case. I really like this seller of RX888 on eBay.
AudioQuest DragonFly USB D/A converter Measurements
The DAC is presented with dithered data representing a 1kHz tone at –90dBFS with either 16-bit words (top pair of traces) or 24-bit words (bottom traces). The traces peak at exactly –90dBFS, suggesting very low linearity error, which was confirmed with a separate test (not shown).
