Show all emails in Outlook, not just 12 months
Oct 15, 2019 · Every user that has a person email mailbox will see all their email but the Shared mailbox only shows the email from the past 12 months. So, for today, October 15, 2019, it will show Shared mailbox email up to October 14, 2018. And for tomorrow, October 16, 2019, it will show emails up to October 15, 2018.
