The entire 1080x1080 image isn't used, only a circle cropped area inside the 1080x1080 image. Example What you can do is use this image I gave you as a layer and use the image you want as another layer and fit the what parts of the image you want into the white circle then delete the layer and save image, put onto flash drive and upload.

To get the resolution in-game go to Options-Video-Aspect Ratio ( Select it to Widescreen 16:10) And below Aspect Ratio you will have the resolution button, and left click it and select 1080x1080.
