Ex-Norfolk Southern/Norfolk and Western #1013...Lone survivor of 11 built by Alco for N&W with the high short hood in 1965. Traded to GE by NS 1983. Donated serviceable to NYLE 1985.

The NYLE was formed in 1978 to operate a portion of former Erie trackage that Conrail no longer wanted. Today, the railroad operates between Gowanda to Conewango Valley, New York.
