The problem with the 09M Program is they will push you into priority some priority MOS. The counselors that people go to when picking their MOS will rush you into picking an MOS. That how it worked for most of my friends. I would try and study on your own there is plenty of study material online and take the test again when you can.

Do these ‘future soldiers’ count towards end strength under the 09M MOS or are they counted like pre-camp ROTC cadets or something

Jun 20, 2024 · I didn’t personally go through 09M some of my friends did. In terms of packing, he should keep it light. He’ll have to bag dump when he hits reception, the cloths on his back and MAYBE an extra pair of shoes, toiletries, and a notebook.
