The Records Section is the central repository for incident and Florida Traffic Crash Reports generated by the Volusia Sheriff’s Office. The Unit is also responsible for the sealing and expunging of arrest records.

On 05/06/2021 at 1621 hours, deputies were alerted of a pursuit involving a stolen Cocoa Police Department vehicle (FL tag: XF0006) traveling north on I-95, entering Volusia County in Oak Hill. Deputies responded to the area and set up along I-95 with stop sticks.

At this time the following types of incidents may be reported through the Volusia County Sheriff's Office On-Line Reporting System: Harassing Phone Calls, Lost Property, Thefts, Vandalism (includes property and vehicles), and Identity Theft.
