Dishonored 2 is astonishingly good. And when you’re done with that, get Deathloop. There aren’t many games in this genre to begin with, so I certainly wouldn’t let opinions that the original is better put you off. But in my opinion, Dishonored 2 is better.

Emily makes more sense to have to go through the journey of Dishonored 2, having none of the experience that Corvo did with a very similar situation and therefore having some struggle. Realistically I don’t think Corvo should struggle too much, morality included- considering the good ending is canon.

Jan 8, 2022 · Dishonored 2 was horribly optimized and was stuttering hard on any FPS that wasn't capped to 30-60-120. Dishonored 2 really needs that FPS boost but they would have done it if there wasn't a game breaking issue with it I presume.

Mar 10, 2021 · Dishonored 1 would be the better if it had NG+, otherwise Dishonored 2 is better. Dishonored 1 did have better DLC tho, Death of the Outsider was good but Knife of Dunwall and Witches were excellent, playing as Daud was awesome.

Dishonored 2 has pretty large levels. If you only go for the main objective then yes, it's a short and probably easy game. The thing I like about DH and DH2 is the replayability and finding new stuff again and again. It's not just a rehash. There's new mechanics and powers (even Corvo's powers are slightly different using upgrades.), and a lot ...

Dishonored 1 and 2 both have a dark and similiar tone but in different ways.Dishonored 1 had the tallboys,2 had the clocwork soldiers,1 had the weepers,2 had whatever these zombie guys are named.They are both awsome in their own way,so i really can't choose.I have to say the gameplay and environment is much better in 2 though.

Dishonored 2 was imo better in almost every way (except arguably art style , but that's a matter of opinion. ); And The clockwork mansion and Stilton Manor both remain masterclass in level design to this very day. I really hope that the success of Prey and Deathloop makes people put their trust back in Arkane.
