Oct 25, 2015 · Here is my z31 advice: Get your battery load tested. Be sure you have clean, tight corrosion free terminals on both ends of your battery cables. Be sure the ground (negative) cable goes to a bolt into the frame before going to the starter. grounding through the starter is not a reliable connection.

May 8, 2024 · There was a place called Certified Muffler in florida and they had complete custom engine exhaust kits (stainless steel/mandrel bent with flanges) for both the coupe and 2+2 Z31 cars. they offered a custom test pipe in place of the cat (if people didn't want to keep the cats) but I don't think they are still in business.

Sep 20, 2007 · Putting an electric fan in is easier then you think, plus you'll even have the opportunity to replace the radiator, put in a 90 amp Maxima alternator, & do the Z31.com CHTS replacement (which I did). With all said and done, you'll have a rediculous amount of clearance in the front of the engine compartment.
