Oct 30, 2023 · I also have a XDS-45 that I bought about 9 years ago, I did the PRP trigger spring kit with the up dated Sear and stuff, I installed them probably a couple month after I bought the gun because of how the trigger felt, I also upgraded the trigger itself with one that adjust pretravel and take up, its still my EDC, love it with this set up, you wont reget it if you do it..

Mar 30, 2013 · Now the xds the 45 has 6 rounds and the 9mm has 8 that two round difference is a substantial difference bc the xds is a lower capacity pistol. Also there will be more noticeable recoil between the xds 9 and 45 when compared to full size or compact xdms.

Feb 16, 2006 · I won't be carrying the XD-9 SC daily unless I move to another state (may happen) or the laws change (very unlikely). Still, reliability is paramount. We are limited to 10 round mag capacity here unless the mags are manufactured before 1994. The XD-9 SC will be a range gun, for home defense and for self defense travelling to and from the range.

Dec 3, 2022 · According to the S-A website, the only interchangeable mags are the 7 round versions which I don't even use in my current XDS. I have several 8-round mags and few 9-round mags that are apparently not interchangeable from my current XDS and the Mod.2 version which would be another $200.00+ to replace.
