Idk your talents but you should also practice stage presence and facial expressions for jyp and for every company really. Also know yourself and check what other qualitys you have apart from singing and dancing for jyp.

But my problem with JYP is that he always tries to portray himself as a saint. Always puts up a friendly image as if there is no CEO like him. When the reality is every CEO has some good-bad qualities but they don't promote themselves. JYP will do something decent and everyone will gush over him ignoring all the problematic things he has done.
