Dec 5, 2021 · Koko saw Inui as a replacement for Akane. That kiss was purely out of frustration from the fact that he couldn't have Akane. In the end I believe they're still tight friends but Akane's desth messed with Koko's head a lot more than Inui can help him cope up with, after all Inui was also a kid when he lost his sister.

In my opinion, she is so cute and she is a character that greatly exemplifies the fear "of what they will say", but from a closer point, the family itself, specifically an older (or younger) brother/sister, we can see the same problem later with Akira, but in a much broader context.
