The Warcraft 30th Anniversary Direct took place yesterday and with it we've learned some more information about World of Warcraft's 11th expansion.

Players asked, and questioned, and even begged, and Blizzard Entertainment has finally answered in the affirmative: Player housing is finally coming to the game with the World of Warcraft: Midnight expansion.

Housing is a much-requested feature in World of Warcraft, as not only will it bring parity for the game with other MMOs on the market, but it’ll also give players a place to call their own and, more importantly, a place to store all of their stuff after their lengthy travels.

Today’s Warcraft 30th Anniversary Direct largely focused on updates to games that we’ll see in the next several months to early next year. However, the presentation ended with one big tease that’s farther out – a major feature coming to World of Warcraft’s next expansion that players have been asking about for years: player housing.
