A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect until 6 a.m. Thursday.Widespread freezing rain and drizzle will continue to increase Wednesday evening, causing untreated roads, sidewalks, and driveways to become icy and slick.

On Wednesday at 3:04 p.m. the National Weather Service issued an updated winter weather advisory valid for Thursday between 4 a.m. and 4 p.m. for Northern Wayne and Southern Wayne as well as Susquehanna,

Later today for this Wednesday afternoon it is likely that we will see freezing rain throughout the evening. As a reminder, freezing rain is rain that freezes when it hits the ground, which will cause some complications when driving on the roads.
