Delta flight 160 landed without incident around 5:20 p.m., according to the Federal Aviation Administration. The landing came after pilots of the Airbus A330 — a wide-bodied aircraft — reported a mechanical issue with the aircraft’s flaps, and there were no reported injuries, according to Delta.

St. Paul International Airport and Washington D.C.'s Reagan National Airport have been canceled following the deadly collision between a passenger plane and an Army helicopter over the Potomac River on Wednesday night.

Data from FlightAware shows the plane was in the air for an hour after takeoff before diverting back to MSP and landing.

Multiple flights from Minneapolis - St. Paul International Airport to Washington D.C.'s Reagan National Airport have been canceled on Thursday after Wednesday night's tragic collision involving a Black Hawk helicopter and an American Airlines commercial airliner over the Potomac River.

All 272 passengers onboard have been booked on other flights to Amsterdam as of Monday, according to the airline.

The aircraft had 272 passengers on board and the airline said it would swap out the aircraft and recrew if deemed necessary.

A Delta flight bound for Amsterdam returned to Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport shortly after takeoff on Sunday. DL160, which was scheduled to take off at 3:37 p.m., experienced a mechanical issue with its flaps that required an emergency landing.
